Amazing Beef Ribs

I had a couple racks of beef ribs just sitting in the freezer, waiting to be eaten. But I had never really made them before! I've been wanting to try something new, so this was a nice start.

Ingredients:

Beef Back Ribs

Olive Oil

Steak Seasoning

Johnny's Seasoning Salt

Pepper

Garticle Powder

BBQ Sauce (use your favorite)

Preheat your oven to 325°F. Rinse your ribs and dry them well. Make sure your spices are open and in front of you, it makes life easier!

Rub olive oil onto the ribs. Try not to use too much, just a thin coating. Add the dry spices and rub all over. Let this sit for about 20 minutes, the salts and oil will help tendering the beef before cooking. Avoid cutting off any fat before the cooking process the help keep a great flavor!

Line a baking pan with foil and arrange your ribs on the pan with the meatier side up. Brush on a thick layer of BBQ sauce, covering the ribs entirely. Loosely cover with foil and place the pan in the middle of the oven. Let this cook for 1 hour, then remove the foil and cool for an additional 20 minutes. You may add in a pan of vegetables at this time. We chose Ranch Potatoes, so I put those in much earlier. Roasted broccoli or asparagus don't need as much time.

After you remove the ribs from the oven, allow them to rest for about 10 minutes. This will keep them juicy and flavorful. Cut them apart in between the bones, and remove fat if desired. Serve with more BBQ sauce and that's it!
