No Bake Chocolate Marshmallow Rice Krispies Candies

No bake candies are so easy and fast to make! These ones are chocolatey with marshmallows and rice krispies. They also have peanut butter in them so they have a delicious flavor. They only take minutes to make, I usually double or triple the recipe because they go so fast!

I first had these candies when my husband's fishing buddy brought some to the river for everyone. I could not believe how good they were! I asked him how to make them and I was shocked by how easy they sounded. I eventually got the full recipe and I have been making them ever since!

This recipe is easy enough for my kids to be able to help a lot, which they love. They always want to help in the kitchen when I am making things but sometimes there is nothing safe for them to do. For this recipe, they can measure everything out, which I do ahead of time to make the process faster and easier. Then they can help stir the pan with the chocolate chips and peanut butter. I add that mixture to the rice krispies and marshmallows then they can stir again. We all help scoop the spoonfuls onto wax paper, so it goes by quick!

I do not make these candies very often, they are seriously addicting and I eat way to many. For Valentines Day, I made a triple batch and gave away a lot of them and kept a few for us.
You can make these big or small, I usually make different sizes so everyone can pick which size they want. Since you do not have to bake them, they do not have to be the same size or even close to the same size. I usually make some that are one or two bites and some that are quite a bit larger.

No Bake Chocolate Marshmallow
Rice Krispies Candies
Ingredients
1 12 oz package chocolate chips
2 - 3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups rice krispies
Directions
Put peanut butter and chocolate chips in a pan on low heat, stir occasionally until melted. Let sit for 5 minutes
Add in marshmallows and rice krispies, mix well
Put wax paper on a sheet pan, place spoonfuls of candies on wax paper. Refrigerate for at least an hour
